The Idea, 5 years ago, was to bring to LA a bit of my Home City “Paris” by making some authentic French Savory and Sweet crepes for private parties.
Growing up in France for 25 years, I always loved cooking and eating crepes!
Stock Market broker for 10 years with a Bachelor in Economics and a Master's in Finance, I decided to follow my passion for cooking.
I learned all the secrets of the flour for one year with a French Chef and decided to open Crepe a la French to serve you the best savory and sweet crepes LA has to offer.
My goal is to provide you the same flavors you might enjoy while eating crepes in Paris, even though my customers think ours are better!We don’t only make crepes, we excel in the art of making unique savory or sweet crepes like our signature Frenchy, Crepouches, Ferrero, Parisienne, 24K and much more…
